Last year, #GivingTuesdayNWO raised over $1.6 million dollars!! That’s $1.6 million dollars that went to nonprofit organizations doing good work in their communities and all over the world! Totally mind-blowing, right?! Let’s see if we can increase that amount this year! Together anything is possible!

So what exactly is #GivingTuesdayNWO?

It’s an opportunity for individuals, families, companies to come together for an evening to break bread & be introduced to a variety of Northwest Ohio nonprofit organizations via a panel-like discussion. Allowing them the ability to share their mission and impact, while also providing a call to action for attendees to give freely and privately to organizations they care about. Basically it takes the guess work out of us having to research various nonprofits and gives us the opportunity to ask all the pertinent questions….you can actually put a face w/the nonprofit & know where your money is going. Last year they raised $500,000 from local businesses and families to make attendees dollars go a little bit further. And they are currently in the process of raising the same match for this year.
