Let’s be honest, there isn’t much that can captivate both the attention of toddlers and teenagers. And if you throw a few more generations in the the mix who knows what will go down. But that was precisely what we did, we threw Nana, Papa, teens, tween, and toddler in the van and embarked on our great Dinosaur Adventure. And let me just say, the memory is one I shall treasure for a lifetime.
We rolled into the Lucas County Fair grounds not knowing exactly what we had gotten ourselves into. We scanned our ticket (tickets are only available online, click here) , clicked on the audio tour, and our adventure began!

The audio tour did a brilliant job of pulling all the generations together. Not only did we get to drive on by and see each dinosaur, but we learned about the origin, habitat, the time period in geological history that each lived (there are 3), diet, interesting facts regarding archives, fun facts, etc.

With dinosaurs lurking just outside the vehicle who knows what could happen, thankfully this guy brought his nerf gun along to protect us, lol!

And what’s an adventure without a light snack, lunch, or sandwich. lol!

And what about the teens and tween, did they enjoy themselves? Shockingly, yes. They really enjoyed listening to the audio and had an absolute blast taking pics! I mean it isn’t every day that you have awesome photo opportunities with dinosaurs that are directly outside your car window.

And after the adventure definitely stop in and get some pics with dinosaurs up close and play a game of putt-putt and get in on a bit of the Jeep Fest fun 😉

Just a friendly reminder, there are no tickets available in person you have to order online & I definitely recommend doing so, this is a fun family experience!
