Want to know my secret? Happy, Calm, Focused Giveaway! ($60 value)

At a playdate with friends the other day one of the moms turned to me and asked what my secret was? For a moment I stood perplexed. Why whatever did she mean!? Did she want to know if I had found the fountain of youth? Did I really look that good? I just started using a new shampoo; maybe I was rocking a sweet do? I couldn’t help but smile as I inquired,” what secret?”.

“Your mood, what’s your secret? You always seem so happy, peppy, in such a great mood and you have 3 kids. What is your secret? Because whatever it is I want some, no, I want A LOT” she requested.

I would be lying if I said I wasn’t slightly bummed that she wasn’t inquiring about my natural beauty secret. But oh well! Haha! Her comment had me thinking, hmm….it had been quite some time since I lashed out in pure fury at the kids. I have been very calm, collected, happy, and focused. I haven’t felt irritable, furious, exhausted, or experienced a foggy head in quite some time. In fact, even when I had a doozie of a day when the garbage disposal, dryer, and food processor broke followed by the car breaking down the next day I still maintained my positive outlook. I do believe it is working? What is it? Happy Calm Focused.

HCF stands for “Happy, Calm & Focused,” and that’s exactly what it supports. HCF is composed of amino-acids, vitamins, and minerals precisely formulated to produce a synergistic effect. HCF helps to support the increase of key “feel good” neurotransmitter levels in your brain which are responsible for helping you feel happy, calm, and focused every single day. Skeptical!?! I was too. I honestly didn’t think there was anyway a supplement could really have an effect like that on my brain. That is until I took my first dosage.

The directions indicate that the “average” dosage is 3 capsules on an empty stomach first thing in the morning ONLY with 8oz of water. That first dosage was WILD! I am apparently one of those sensitive people. That fist dosage almost zapped my motivation. Haha! Thus, every day after I only took 2 capsules.

If you feel that you should be noticing a difference, but are not, you may want to increase to six (6) capsules per day until you achieve the desired effect (In other terms this is called precursor preloading).†* On the other hand, certain individuals may benefit from lowering the dosage to one (1) capsule per day if you are sensitive or usually experience cleansing effects when taking new supplements, or have moderate-to-severe health challenges.† Unless you are still experiencing a brain-cleansing effect, most people increase to the standard dose after 1-2 weeks to achieve the desired effect.†* As with all dosages, once you have achieved the desired effect, you may experiment to determine the amount of HCF Happy, Calm & Focused you should continue to take in order to maintain the desired support for feeling happy, calm, and focused.*

The clarity, calm, focus, and positive energy it has provided me is why I am officially hooked on HCF! I have also found that it makes PMS extremely tolerable, and almost unnoticeable. My hormone levels are no longer all over the place, just an FYI for the ladies in the crowd. Now, I am not certain about menopause but I would assume HCF wouldn’t hurt, only help. So what exactly is in these HCF capsules? I know this was a big concern of mine since we had just recently given up gluten.

HCF has Vitamins A, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Vitamin B5, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, and Chromium. Click here for percentage of each.

No, gluten ingredients, animal ingredients or bi products are never used in HCF Happy, Calm & Focused. We use only pristine vegetable capsules instead of the commonly used gelatin animal capsules found with many supplements today. Additionally, all amino acids and neuro-nutrients used in HCF Happy, Calm & Focused contain no preservatives, coatings, sweeteners, yeast, fragrance, dairy, gluten, nuts, or wheat.

And as an added bonus! I do believe it might be aiding in a bit of weight loss!

HCF Happy, Calm & Focused has supported many people with their dieting interests. Interestingly, “Phenylpropanolamine” (a substance which attempts to mirror some of the activities of phenylalanine) is a synthetic substance used to promote the release of CCK (cholecystokinin) in the stomach, a “satiation” hormone which naturally induces satiety, transmitting its chemical message to the brain, signaling the body that it should stop eating.* Phenylalanine is reported to have similar attributes that may nutritionally decrease one’s appetite, creating a similar cause/effect to the synthetic substance.†* As always, we suggest consulting your healthcare professional before beginning any diet plan.
