What could be more special than your birthday? Your golden birthday! Or, some may call it a champagne birthday or a lucky birthday. But aren’t they all lucky?! So what exactly is a golden birthday? Despite what most think, it’s not when you turn 50. A golden birthday is when you turn the same age as the date of your birthday. For example, when you turn 17 on the 17th, or 25 on the 25th. For most of us adults our golden birthday has long since passed but our children’s gold birthdays could be lurking just around the corner. We just celebrated our first golden birthday in our family! Our daughter turned 11 on the 11th and you know this momma went all out for this milestone birthday.
