Kids and kids at heart will enjoy feeding and petting giraffes as well as learning so much about the world’s tallest mammal. About their habitat, diet, and so much more!

Fun facts…

  • Giraffes spend most of their lives standing up; they even sleep and give birth standing up
  • Both male and female giraffes have two distinct, hair-covered horns called ossicones. Male giraffes use their horns to sometimes fight with other males
  • Did you know giraffes have 3 hearts! Crazy right?! 
  • And you’ll be shocked to find out how much sleep giraffes require…how much? You’ll have to find out at your encounter experience!
